About Us

Our Mission is to develop an education focused organization in order to deliver education opportunities and provide assistance to vulnerable communities and individuals across the globe. 

Our Vision is to create a non-denominational, non-sectarian, non-discriminatory educational institution that works towards a freer, safer, healthier future for all citizens of our unique planet.

We are a group of experienced and certified teachers and administrators. We come from a variety of backgrounds and represent a globally diverse group of academic professionals. Each member of the senior leadership team is an experienced educator with a thorough understanding of education systems in many countries. Collectively, we have advised state and municipal levels of government. We have been founding Heads of School and/or advised on the development of K-12 schools in a variety of countries. As a group, we have taught all grades and subjects from primary through to graduate school. We have taught IB, IGCSE, AP, and jurisdictional curricula in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Dubai, Hong Kong, Finland, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, the UK and the US.

We have worked with all sorts of special needs children from those with “mild” conditions to those with advanced cognitive disorders. We have dealt with a range of social and emotional conditions from anxiety to issues of self-harm. We have dealt with a full range of socio economic issues from those encountered in inner city schools to interactions with some of the wealthiest families on the planet.

We have a clear idea for an academic model based upon improving academic outcomes for all students.

Our pedagogical philosophy is focused on academic results and preparing students to have the skills, confidence, and empathy to function and thrive in a free global society that is diverse and respectful of others.

Why We Are Different

High Standards
At V-Teachers you will find certified and experienced teachers. We vet each teacher that applies to ensure that they meet the high standards that we set for ourselves and our program.

Certification Check
We confirm the jurisdictions where the teacher completed their training. This is posted in their biography.

Content Specialty Check
Each teacher must take a content speciality test to ensure they meet our standard of knowledge for their material.

Police Check
Each teacher must complete an annual police check.

Internet Reputation Check
Each teacher is then vetted through an annual internet reputation check.

Biography
We provide a brief overview of our teacher’s training, degrees, teaching experience, interests and hobbies. 

Privacy
We do not publish any photos of our teachers, but rather we provide an avatar. All communication between teachers and students is completed through our platform. This platform is monitored for content.

Accountability
Each of our teachers are monitored and rated. Our rating system notes the score plus the grade of the individual who has made the comment or grade. Moreover, we conduct regular unannounced spot checks of all our teachers to ensure that quality is maintained. Moreover, all lessons are recorded, and these are analysed to ensure that only appropriate commentary and pedagogy are delivered.

Student Progress
We monitor student progress and provide multiple opportunities for students to test themselves.

Additional Services
We provide full e-library services and access to subject specific platforms and a host of digital resources at no extra charge.

While developing a love of learning is a main objective of schools, we understand the University admission process very well. Hence, our pedagogical system and pastoral care are designed to ensure each student has the best opportunity to achieve the university dreams they aspire towards.
